Our church needed some youth recognition plaques. I glued them up from some left over cherry, spent a few weeks trying to get the trophy shop to get the engravings right, and finally made a jig to drill all the holes. I applied a wash-coat to the one on the left prior to stain, and not to the one on the right. It’s a simple little project, and most of the work had nothing to do with woodworking, but I’ve been lax in my woodworking and just had to get something up on Lumberjocks ;-)
